Hi girls, As some of you may already know. I'm hospitalized :( had hurt my back badly this morning, thought it's just a slight pull on the muscles but it turned out to be unbearable in the afternoon.
I had wanted to do a massage to loosen my muscles. So I went to my spa and before my massage, I went to the ladies. I had just bent forward slightly to wash my hands and I felt the excruciating pain in my back and for a few minutes I could not move. My therapist was shocked to see my face in pain when I could finally inch out of the ladies. I could not walk and it was extreme pain just to move an inch. Luckily the spa therapists were experienced and they helped me to massage the sprained area and helped me to a room to lie down and rest. For the next hour while waiting for my husband to reach, they took turns to rub my back, looked after me and made me feel relaxed. I'm so grateful to them! They were so warm and fussing over me I felt so taken care of.
My hubby brought me to gleneagles and had to be admitted as the doctor suspected a slip disc :( have to do a MRI tomorrow and I'm so scared.
And today I was supposed to do a selfcollection for some spree-ers today, and I was so stressed. Luckily most of them were ok with it and even replied me with well wishes, asking me to take care and rest well. It really helped me feel better with all the pain. But there was one spree-er who replied that it's my responsibility to make sure the self collection still goes on even if I am hospitalized. I was pretty upset at first, esp since I was in great pain and reading that message was quite stressful. But I can understand and I would like to apologise for my irresponsibility and that I did not respect your time. But both my hubby and myself were worried that it's a slip disc like what the doctor suspected that is why we decided to be warded. I should have considered that there was a selfcollection this evenin.
Anyway, thanks for everyone's well wishes and I hope to be discharged tomorrow so that I can do mailing soon and arrange another selfcollection soon. :)
It's really boring here.. Can only watch tv.. Ohya I didn't bring my laptop, I'm blogging with my handphone.
