Non-members get handling fee waiver for 10 orders and above from Taiwan sprees [need not be from the same spreesite] + Double Count for membership! Meaning every successful = 2 successful orders for July orders! So if you have 20 successful orders from July, you will become a member, instead of the usual 40 required.
