It's Friday! Left with a little bit of fever and feeling abit weak too. And I am so hungry now! Waiting for my hubby to go for lunch with me. It's 1.3p1m now..

Thanks to all the spree-ers who emailed me showing concern for my health. Really very sweet of all of you, that is why I love having this blog - can shop and can make lovely friends!

The weather had been very bad recently, so all of you, remember to drink lotsa water and walk in the shade more. Apply sunblock too. And if you're entering your super cold office after being in the sun, remember to wait awhile, allow your body to cool down and put on your jacket before entering the office, or else the constant variation in temperature is gonna make you sick easily. Take Vit C if you haven't started, to build up your immune system! Work out and sleep at least 8 hours a day. I try my best to do all these, but the variation in temperature is what I find to be the most difficult to handle. After being in the sun and perspiring, who doesn't want to quickly enter the office and enjoy the aircon? But that's really very very bad. I believe that is what made me sick.. And now being in my late 20s, it is taking longer for me to recover from common cold. *Sob. So let us all keep healthy ya! =)
